Cedric Bailey | Medical Assistant

Cedric has been with the Lankford Team since 2015, but in the medical field for 11 years now. His initial Education was completed at Elcentro College where he completed the LMRT radiology program, from there earning his NCT certification as well as completing a Medical Assistant program through PrimaMed Institute. He is also currently a BLS instructor through The American Heart Association and serves as a volunteer on the Dallas County Emergency Response Team. He has worked in various aspects of the medical field, but has found working in Ortho rewarding. In his free time he enjoys traveling around the country and spending time with his two daughters. Cedric’s personal motto is " Make Every Interaction Count! Delivering Quality Care 100% Every Time".

Linda Beahm-Terry | Surgery Scheduling Coordinator

Linda began her career with Lankford Hand Surgery Association 25+ years ago as a medical transcriptionist.  She went on to other roles in healthcare which included surgery scheduling for an orthopedic oncologist and a group of spine surgeons at Baylor.  When LHS started expanding and felt the need for a surgery scheduler, she was very excited to be able to return to the practice where it all began.  Linda is married and loves to travel with her husband and has one daughter, Lindsey.  Her hobbies include traveling, volunteering at her church and she also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Sarah Fricano | Medical Billing & Coding Specialist               

Sarah was born and raised in Texas and was graduated from McKinney High School. In her own words, her lifestyle is comprised of a variety of nerdy aspects, including, but not limited to, reading comic books, sketching, going to conventions, cosplaying, and a monthly game of Dungeons and Dragons, and golfing. She began at Lankford Hand Surgery Association in September of 2016 and in that short first year she has enjoyed witnessing the exponential growth of the practice and looks forward to seeing where we’ll be a year from now.

Ana Garcia | Medical Recorder

Ana is also a student nurse at Texas Woman's University.

Lizette Hernandez | Medical Assistant

Lizette attended the nursing program at Texas A& M Commerce and completed the course at Kaplan University in 2014. She began working for Lankford Hand Surgery Association in 2016. She is currently assistant to Dr. David Zehr. She enjoys her job and the interesting patients and cases she encounters on a daily basis. Her hobbies include boxing which she has participated in for eight years and she enjoys watching it as well. She loves making a positive difference through her work at LHS.

Alayna Hofeling | MS, OTR/L

Alayna received her undergraduate from Texas Woman’s University in 2007, and completed her masters of occupational therapy at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Lubbock, Texas in 2010. She began practicing occupational therapy after passing the NBCOT board certification in 2011.  Initially, she received training at Parkland Hospital where she spent the first 4 years of her career.  Alayna has trained in many different areas including adult and pediatric burns, neurology, outpatient orthopedics, trauma, inpatient rehab and the neonatal intensive care unit.  She then spent time at Parklands outpatient hand clinic where her love for hands ignited, and began working for Lankford Hand Surgery in April of 2015.  Alayna is currently studying for her CHT.  Outside of work she enjoys traveling to different countries, spending time with her two dogs, and staying physically active.

Kristen Holmes | NRCMA (Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant)

Kristen graduated from the CMA program at Collin County Continuing Education in Plano, TX and started working for Lankford Hand Surgery in 2017. Kristen is the Medical Assistant to Dr. Graham Milam. Kristen enjoys the new experiences she encounters at LHS and the ability to help in the care of others.

Annah M. King | Licensed Occupational Therapist | Certified Hand Therapist

Anna graduated from Texas Women’s University in 1982 & took the first hand certification exam given in 1991. She has been working exclusively on upper extremities since 1982.
